Addie Sue Watson born February 2, 1943 in Lubbock, Texas she went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 20, 2017.
She met her husband Charles Lee Watson in Amarillo, Texas. They got married on May 28, 1965. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Lee Watson, her mother Lillian Dale (Cox)Day, her father Robert Johnny Day and her sister Doris Ann Day.
She and her husband had seven children Barbara Meeker of Pawnee, OK, Douglas Watson of Yale, OK, Christine Harris of Kansas City, MO, Charles R. Watson of OKC, OK, Craig Watson of Bartlesville, OK, Cynthia Ferrara of Riverside, MO, and Carla Heilmann of Pawnee, OK. She has twenty grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and one on the way.
Addie Sue Watson spent her life as a loving wife raising her children and taking care of the household needs. Also taking care of grandchildren and her great grandchildren. Dealing with all the ups and downs of life. Always being a very strong lady throughout it all.
Addie still has one brother Jerry Day and one sister Dorothy Baker.
One of her mottos for life was; Family always comes first. Nana’s Kitchen Kids always eat FREE!!!!
Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Poteet Funeral Home Chapel, Pawnee, Oklahoma with Rev Wendall Martin officiating, interment at the Highland Cemetery, Pawnee, Oklahoma under the direction of the Poteet Funeral Home & Cremations.
