Aaron Logan Honomichl

Aaron Logan Honomichl, 38 years old was called home to be with our Lord  on December 20, 2015.  Aaron was born May 9, 1977 in Denver, Colorado to Deborah Ann Ross of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Arnold Gene Honomichl of Denver, Colorado, he was the grandson of Willene DeRoin Ross and Donald Ross of Walthill, Nebraska and Katherine Wood of Wagner, South Dakota and great grandson of William and Daisy DeRoin.  Aaron was preceeded in death by his younger brother Adrian Skye Honomichl and is survived by his daughter Arika Sistine Bell ; two sisters Dawn Eaglesmith and Daisy Gonzales; two nephews, Devon Honomichl and Dailan Gonzales; one niece Adrianna Dawn Eaglesmith and one granddaughter Peyton Janae Honomichl.   Aaron attended Jefferson County Open School, Lakewood, Colorado and was voted Homecoming King at Crestone High School, Crestone, Colorado.  He and Margaret Bell mother of his daughter Arika, met through mutual friends.   Aaron loved his Denver Broncos,  a die hard fan he was.  He loved a variety of music, loved to play golf and loved the outdoors.  Aaron's love for nature led him to work at several golfcourses.  He worked at Sandia golfcourse, Isleta golfcourse and a golfcourse in Lakewood, Colorado.   Aaron was a craftsman, he built his own guitar, built chess boards for his friends, built little heart shaped jewelry boxes and coffee tables.  He liked to work out and ran almost every day.  Aaron was a good cook and would cook for his family, his wish was to attend culinary school in Denver, Colorado.   Friends and family of Aaron describe him as having a good humor, always a jokester making everyone around him laugh, he had a good heart, full of life and was nice to everyone he met.       Pallbearers are Devon Honomichl, William Kline, Christopher Ross, Kenny Honomichl, Jered Eaglesmith and Dion Gonzales.  Honorary pallbearers are Arika Bell, Dailan Gonzales, Frances Merrick, Louis Ross, Ryan Kelly, Allen Elwood and Fred Dunn.    Aaron was loved and will be missed by friends and family. Funeral services will be held on December 29, 2015 at Otoe Missouria tribal cemetery, Red Rock, Oklahoma.
