Bert Lynn Huddleston

Bert Lynn Huddleston passed away at his home on June 12, 2019. Bert was born in Skedee, Oklahoma March 8, 1942 to Jarrett and Edna (Earnhart) Huddleston. He graduated from Blackburn High School, Bert married Iona Owens on October 24, 1965. Bert grew up in the Osage working for the Pawhuska Race Track, and cowboyed in the area. Bert worked for the city of Ponca City, and retired from OG&E. Bert enjoyed riding horses, hunting and fishing.

Bert is survived by his wife of 53 years, one son; Andy Huddleston and wife Shari of Blackwell, Oklahoma, one daughter; Mickie Huddleston and husband Mark McRae of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, six grand daughters, and nine great grand children, several other relatives and a host of friends.

Services will be held Graveside Monday 10:00 A.M. June 17, 2019 in the Riverside Cemetery in Ralston, Oklahoma, with Rev. Mike Brock officiating. Services were entrusted to the Poteet Funeral Home and Cremation Services, friends can leave a memory for the family at www.poteetfuneralhome.com
