Delora Mae Coe Combest 86 went to be with her Lord on Sunday February 28, 2016 at her home with her loving family by her side.Delora was born April 15, 1929 to Everette and Jenny (Lile) Rossander in Payne County, Oklahoma. She was raised in Pawnee graduating from Pawnee High School. On November 8, 1947 Delora married Lloyd Melvin Coe in Ontario, Oregon. The family then moved from Oregon to Midwest City, Oklahoma, then  moved to Washington State to Homestead a plot of Land there for 12 years and then moved back to Glencoe. Lloyd passed away in 1992, and Delora married Merle Claude Combest on May 20, 1997 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Delora was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she loved gardening flowers and vegetables and canning those vegetables from that garden, she loved cooking for her family, crocheting, and helping with the cattle and in the hayfield. Delora served in her church by cooking for all occasions in the church and cooking for the campers at Falls Creek Camp for 20 years. One of the fondest memories for Delora was when she and Lloyd were homesteading in Washington State and dancing to the song Faded Love. Delora will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Delora was preceded in death by both spouses; Lloyd Melvin Coe and Merle Claude Combest and one son; Gary Len Coe.Delora is survived by 3 sons; Lloyd Melvin Coe, Jr., David Wayne Coe, and Robert Eugene Coe, 7 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren, numerous other relatives and a host of friends.Services are Friday 10:00 A.M. March 4, 2016 at the Glencoe Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Calvert and Rev. Joe Day officiating. Internment will follow at the Union Cemetery. Services were entrusted to Poteet Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Pawnee. Friends can leave a memory for the family at www.poteetfuneralhome.com
