Frankie Lee Boyd

Frankie Lee Boyd, resident of Red Rock Oklahoma, was called home on Monday October 14, 2019. She entered this world on August 21, 1948, the daughter of Dessie Claypool Northrup and Benjamin Northrup. She lived in Pawhuska in her early years, and that’s where she found the love of her life, Raymond L. Boyd. They married January 28, 1964 and had two children Raymond B. Boyd and Lee E. Boyd. Frankie had her CNA license and spent most of her life doing what she loved and taking care of others. She had a unique sense of humor and always enjoyed a good laugh. In the fall you could be sure to find her watching Oklahoma State, in her orange gear while drinking her hot chocolate, and rooting for the Cowboys. Frankie wasn’t afraid to tell you what she thought or had on her mind, but always had a willing ear to listen. She enjoyed fishing, going to the casino, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Frankie is preceded in death by her mother Dessie Claypool Northrup, her father Benjamin Northrup, husband Raymond L. Boyd, granddaughter Chelsie Boyd, and numerous other family members.
She is survived by her children Raymond B. Boyd, Lee E. Boyd, sister Gail Northrup Goldman Hartico, brother Robert Claypool, her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
