Llewellyn C. Younge passed away January 10, 2017 in the Southern Oaks Care Center in Pawnee,Oklahoma. Llewellyn was born June 5, 1924  to Joseph T Young and Maimie Jones Young in Black Bear, Oklahoma.  Graduated Morrison High School, Haskell Indian College, attended Gravy University, Pawnee, OK Attended Seminary at Kansas City Bible School. Married Lilly Leora Zimmerman March 21, 1951. As a couple they continued travelling the US travelling before settling in Oklahoma, together they had seven boys and four daughters. Llewellyn Christian, Loren Cary, Linden Clay, Lowell Christopher, Lofton Carpenter,  Landon Cory, Laurin Cooper, Laura Charis, Luana Carrol, Laurel Carmel, and Lynetta Cathlee, Twenty Four grandchildren and Thirteen great grand children. Our father loved the Lord and Israel, his passion of 60 years in the ministry was to take God's message to the Jewish people. Romans 1:16 He was preceded in death by his son Linden Clay, and his grandson Thomas Powell. Services were held Friday 11:30 A.M. January 13, 2017 in the Otoe Baptist Church in Red Rock,Oklahoma, officiating the services were Rev. James Kenner. Services were under the direction of Poteet Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Internment followed in the Otoe-Missouria Cemetery Friends can leave a memory for the family at www.poteetfuneralhome.com
