Marlana Souix Lorentz

Our beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, Marlana Sioux Lorentz, left this world May 20th, 2019 in Billings, MT, with her family by her side. She was 37 years old. Born to the late Kevin Mitchell Lorentz and Olivia Marlis Lorentz on November 3, 1981 in Billings, MT. Marlana enjoyed traveling and had a very exciting life. One of her favorite places she loved was the beach in San Diego, CA , swimming and spending time with her sisters and nephews. Always loved to see her broski’s , Pete and Tom, laughing and joking. Loved seeing her mom and visiting. She loved fashion, spending time with her friends and family, playing pool, loved the summer months swimming and enjoying the outdoors, She had a great sense of humor and personality. She made friends everywhere she went. Loved spending time with her nephews and nieces and watching them grow. She had a huge heart and loved everyone she met. She had a great work ethic and also enjoyed powwows and learning of her native roots. She always had an awesome story to tell. She was a very fun loving easy to get along with special woman. She was also very artistic and had a very great sense of style. Always the fashionable one. She was wise , booksmart, and always had great advice. Just an all around awesome woman and will be missed dearly by many. Fly high angel. She is survived by her mother, Olivia M. Lorentz, Older brothers, Peter George ,niece(Ameri Opal) and Thomas Wayne, niece( Mia Elyce), younger sisters Kateri M. Topp, Nephews ( Devin Cole & Riley David), and youngest sis Sarah Grace. She is also survived by Her many ReaEagle family members in South Dakota & Montana and her many Lorentz family members in Oklahoma. She will be buried in South Cemetery in Pawnee, Ok next to her dad( Kevin M. Lorentz and other family members surrounding her.
