Mary Jacqueline “Jackie” Sawyers passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on Aug 22, 2020 at age 85. Jackie was born in Pawnee, Oklahoma September 10, 1934. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and will forever be remembered and loved. Jackie was preceded in death by her father, Jack Walter Long, her mother Mary Hoggatt Long Wilson, her husband Jackie Grant Sawyers, and son Terry Sawyers. She is survived by 5 daughters and their families, Janice and T.K. Harmon, Tracy and Bobby Cox, Debbie Horn, Kathy Sawyers and Susan Mason, Michelle and Clint Castleberry; 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Aug 26 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Family will be present 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Services will be held Aug 27 at 2:00 PM at Poteet Chapel in Pawnee Oklahoma followed by a graveside service at Fairfax Cemetery.
