Nancy was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend and sister. She was born to Evelyn and Clarence Leiblie on February 16, 1941 in Blackwell, Oklahoma.

She is preceded in death by: her husband, James Elmer Sharp; her parents, Evelyn and Clarence Leiblie; her brother, Larry Leiblie; one nephew, and several aunts and uncles.

She is survived by: her sister, Charlotte Shirley; three daughters - Brenda Stamp (Paul), Kimberly Schuermann (Chris), and Kathy Carden (Rich); one son, Danny Sharp; eight grandchildren - Melissa Blubaugh, Shawn McCannon, Michael McCannon, Beau James McCannon, Jackie Marcink, Steven Sharp, Mark Sharp, and Kerri James; ten great-grandchildren - Levi and Colby Blubaugh, Camera and Leighton McCannon, Aspen and Jaxon McCannon, and Alejandro Gonzales McCannon.

Nancy loved to sing, dance, play the guitar, the spoons, and the piano. She loved having the music, laughter and good times with her family and friends. Nancy loved to go camping and fishing. She also enjoyed a healthy dose of competition with card games and dominoes, even up to her last days. Nancy loved to collect different types of piggy banks and had a large collection in her home. She also enjoyed collecting different coins.

Nancy Sharp was the most giving, selfless person. Everyone that met her would fall in love with her sweet spirit. She had the most contagious wit and humor that would ignite any room. Nancy’s home was known to all that knew her to be filled with love and laughter. Nancy Sue Sharp had an unwavering faith that was unconquerable.

Per Nancy’s request there will only be a graveside service to be held on Tuesday July 7, 2020 at 11 am at Highland Cemetery in Pawnee, Oklahoma.
