Pam Ellla Ann Fassnacht

Pam Ella Ann Delano-Brooner was born January 10, 1947 in Stillwater, OK to Hattie Delano and Bill Delano. At the age of 10 Pam was adopted by her Step Father, Joseph Brooner. Pam grew up in Stillwater, OK where she graduated from Stillwater High School. While in High School she met the love of her life, Michael Leroy Fassnacht. On June 6th, 1965 Michael and Pam were married. They were married for 48 years before Mike passed away in March of 2015. Pam and Mike Fassnacht were blessed with three boys Michael Shawn, who passed at the age of four months and one week, Johnathon Duke and Samuel David. Pam had six grandchildren Ashlee Washington, Tylor Huffman, Harley Vaughan, Isaiah Woodruff, Isaac Woodruff and Isander Woodruff. Pam was the most proud of her nine great grandchildren, Titan, Zaydon, Tylon, Elee Sofia, Zaelee, Ripp, Aiden, Colby and Leighton. In her eyes these nine babies hung the moon and could do no wrong. After Mike retired from the Marine Corps, in 1968, Mike and Pam moved to Pawnee, OK to raise their two boys. In 1988 Pam was blessed with her “baby doll” Ashlee. At the time Ashlee was born Pam was a stay at home mother, seamstress and artist, so she volunteered to be Ashlee’s Nana. Little did she know she would be stuck with Ashlee until the day she passed from this life. In 2010, after Mike retired from OG&E Power plant, Pam and Mike moved to The Farm in Perry,OK. This was their dream home. They were able to share this little piece of paradise until Mike passed. Pam loved her family, she loved to sew and paint. She was an amazing artist. She Could draw/paint just about anything and she could sew almost anything you could dream up. She was proud of her boys. She talked about them often. John was her dare devil, most us of question how she kept him alive all these years. Sammy was the Quite one. He didn’t get into as much mischief as John, probably because he knew his Mom already had her hands full. Pam passed from this life on November 20th, 2022 at Ashlee’s home in Pawnee, OK. She was surrounded by her loved ones as she took her last breath. Pam was preceded in death by her Parents, Hattie Delano-Brooner, Bill Delano And Joseph Brooner. Her Brothers Gene Delano, Billy Delano and Sid Delano. Her one sister Imagene Delano. Her husband Michael Fassnacht and first born son Little Michael Shawn. Pam is survived by her children John and his wife Beth of Pawnee OK and Sammy and his companion Laura of Perry. Her 6 grandchildren, Ashlee, Tylor, Harley and her husband Cody, Isaiah, Isaac and Isander. She was also survived by all nine of her great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends who loved her dearly. Nana, We love you a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck. Fly high our sweet guardian angel. Our hearts hurt knowing your earthly body is no longer with us but rejoice in knowing you are healed and reunited with Da.
