Patrick Newton Shields

Patrick Newton Shields parted from this life on January 20, 2022, at the age of 53 in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Patrick was born in Pawnee, Oklahoma on January 6, 1969, to Vivian Attocknie and Patrick Shields Sr. He grew up in Pawnee, Ok graduating from Pawnee High School. He then went on to serve in the United States Army and saw active combat during Desert Storm. Patrick was a proud military veteran and a proud Pawnee Nation tribal member. He will be remembered as fun loving and easy going. If you were his friend, you were a friend for life.
He is survived by his three children Megan Mulder of Pawnee, Ashley Mulder of Stillwater, and Nicholas Mulder Shields of Pawnee; his two grandchildren Preston Mulder and Audrey Mulder of Pawnee; his brothers Nasharo CreepingBear and Marion CreepingBear of Lawton; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Vivian “Anne” Attocknie; his father, Patrick Shields Sr.; and his sister Lacota Attocknie.
