Deborah "Debbie" Maryann Barrett

Deborah "Debbie" MaryAnn Barrett, 60, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at her home in the Masham area of Pawnee County, Oklahoma. She was born in Elwood, Indiana on February 2, 1961 and was adopted by Leroy and Imogene Todd at the age of 8. She was raised and attended school in Elk City. She participated in 4-H and competed in many beauty pageants where she was runner-up to 1981 Miss America, Susan Powell in the Miss Elk City pageant. After high school she attended SWOSU college in Weatherford where she met Daryle Barrett. Daryle and Debbie were married on February 26, 1983 and they made their home in Pawnee. To this union, two sons, Cody and Cory were born. Debbie greatly enjoyed all activities with her family and friends--especially fishing at the river. She also enjoyed her time working with Dr. Laird where she loved and was loved by her patients. She was a member of the Masham Baptist Church. After her disability in 2007, she spent quality time with her grandkids and loved to watch her hummingbirds. Debbie is survived by her husband, Daryle; and two sons, Cody Barrett and his wife, Sarah; and Cory Barrett; five grandkids, Kaylee, Easton, Connor, Kynzie, and Ava; five siblings, Cheryl, Cindy, Ramoa, Larry, and Lee; and numerous nephews and nieces. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Imogene Todd; brother, Leroy Todd; and sister, Gloria Wilmoth; and granddaughter, Addyson Barrett.
