Dolores Evelyn Martin

Dolores Evelyn Martin, at the age of 91, from Pawnee, OK, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026. She was born March 29, 1934 in Fairfax, OK, she was the daughter of Don Toothman and Vera Stone Toothman.

On June 29, 1952, she married John Franklin Martin in Pawnee, they spent their life together ranching north of town. Dolores retired from Munsingwear and she was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She was also known for her delicious cooking and candy making.

She is survived by her children Susie Dooley and husband Terry of Fairfax, OK and Wayne Martin and wife Billie of Oologah, OK plus grandchildren Amanda Dooley and Melissa Dooley plus 4 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter and many friends.

She is proceeded in death by her husband, John, parents, brother and one nephew.

There will be graveside services at Masham Cemetery on January 13, 2026 At 1:00 P.M. with the Rev. Kirby Stevens officiating, under the direction of Poteet Funeral Home.
