Doug L. Pauls

Douglas L. Pauls entered into rest August 23 2025. Born to Peggy June Oliver and Jerry Lee Pauls on January 23, 1958, Douglas moved around with his family before settling in Pawnee. He spent his whole life in Pawnee, becoming a beloved member of the community. He met his wife, Brenda there and they were married for over 48 years. Their marriage produced two daughters, Melissa and Julie, with whom he was very close. Doug's talents were endless. The man never met an engine or a project he couldn't fix. He loved a good puzzle and could solve most problems within minutes. He spent his final days with his family surrounded by love.

He is survived by his wife and daughters, son-in-law Kalvin, two grandkids, Connolley and Mia and his siblings, Brenda Yeats and Steve Collins. Doug is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, brother Pete, and numerous other family members.

Memorial services will be held at First Baptist Church in Pawnee, OK on September 12, 2025 at 10 am. Please join us in celebrating his life.
