Eugenia Faye Fulton

Eugenia Faye Fulton was born April 18, 1962 to Royce L. Fulton and Waneta F. Kramer-Fulton in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Eugenia has resided in the Maramec area since 1972. She attended Pawnee High School and graduated in 1980. Eugenia then went on to further her education in computer science.

Over the years, Eugenia worked in several different computer related jobs before retiring from the State of Oklahoma DHS. Eugenia also served as an EMT for the Pawnee Ambulance Service for many years helping the surrounding communities. She was a proud and active member of the Pawnee County HCE New Horizons group. Eugenia was a longstanding member of the United Methodist Church. She enjoyed crafting, scrapbooking, and travel.

Eugenia is preceded in death by her grandparents Bass and Ella Fulton, Herbert and Maudie Kramer, uncle and aunt Bill and Evelyn Gambill, and her parents Royce and Waneta Fulton.

She is survived by her brother Allen Fulton and his wife Debbie, nephew Paden Fulton and his wife Brittany, and her great niece Millie Fulton, all of Maramec.

Services will be held Friday 2:00 P.M. February 20, 2026 in the Maramec Church ( Former United Methodist Church) in Maramec, Oklahoma with Rev Jeff Kuhn officiating, burial will follow in the Maramec Cemetery (I.O.O.F.).
