John Robert Feaster

John Robert Feaster was born January 15, 1935, at home in Pawnee, Oklahoma. He was the son of John Franklin Feaster and Lola Virginia Hallum. He grew up in Pawnee and married the love of his life, Mona Marie Brien in December, 1955. They then moved to Ponca City in 1958 and were blessed with three children, Patsy, Rob and Cheryl. John is survived by his children, Patsy (Todd) Finn, Rob (Linda) Feaster, and Cheryl (Mark) Hill, his sister, Peggy Upshaw, grandchildren, Alexander John Feaster, Michael Gunnerson, Tyler and Ryan Feaster,Jamie Irving, Misty, Tonya and Trevor Hill and great granddaughter, Emmy Feaster and Mallory Fortune. Also, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.He was preceded in death by his parents, John Franklin Feaster and Lola Virginia Hallum Feaster and his brother, Jack Roger Feaster. Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday February 14, 2017 at Highland Cemetery in Pawnee Ok under the direction of Poteet Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Reese officiating. Services are under the direction of Poteet Funeral Home and Cremation Services, friends can leave a memory for the family at www.poteetfuneralhome.com
