Mercedes Marie (Johnson) Vick-Walker came into this world on November 7, 1991 in Stillwater, OK. She began her journey home at the age of 28 years on September 14, 2020.
Mercedes grew up in Pawnee and Tulsa, Ok. She graduated in 2010 from Stillwater High School.
Mercedes was a wonderful daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, mother, companion & friend to many. She touched many lives of those around her.
Mercedes left behind two beautiful boys, Grayson Beau Walker, age 4 and Ayden Austin Michael Johnson, age 7, also her companion Brian Walker. Her boys were her everything & her goal was to work with special needs children. Her natural calling was God given.
Mercedes had a natural artistic talent and enjoyed many hobbies. She was a proud member of the Osage Nation and a descendent of the Pawnee Nation & Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes.
Mercedes was preceded in death by her maternal Grandfather Herman Sleeper, Sr., her paternal grandparents, her uncle Darin Diamond, her aunt Claudette Knights, her brother Dylan Echohawk and her cousin Lynnox Diamond.
Mercedes is survived by her companion, Brian Walker, sons Ayden and Grayson, her mother Alison Johnson Sleeper, her father Carl E. Vick, her sister Nisha Osceola, her Nana Beatrice Kay Realrider, grandmother Ann Sleeper, her uncles-Rusty Diamond, Herman Sleeper, Jr., Chris Sleeper and Austin Joe Realrider, Great Aunt Lillie Cummings-Brandt and Great Uncle Austin Realrider, nieces and nephews, Dae and Phoenix Diamond, Shawn and Kylie Diamond, Hayden Diamond, Jayceon and Aniyah Osceola, Ariyah Edwards, Amiyah Pippins and Leshae Pippins. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends, whom she acknowledged as her brothers and sisters.
