Passed away Wednesday evening in fatal car crash along beside is eldest son , Matthew Leedy 37 of Dexter Kansas on October 28th.

Neal was Born August 8th 1958 in Ark city Kansas, to Rollin Charles an Nadine Faye Leedy.

He graduated from cedar vale highschool in 1976. He later went work for Joe Fulsom , where he met and married his first wife, Allison Fulsom, they later had Matthew Alex Leedy an Marijo Faye Leedy Haden!

Neal started Leedy construction! Which he operated an owned for 32 years, until his retirement in 2024. In 2001 Neal married the love of life, Chyla Beth Tipton. Together they had four children, Camryn Leedy , Wyatt Leedy , Clay Leedy and Kennah Leedy. Not long after they took in their two nephews and niece and raised them as their own.

Rowdee cooper, Rylea Cooper and Rocky Cooper .

They were married 25 years and together raised 9 children.

Neal was a Godly man, who was a Deacon an attended Pawnee Church of Christ for nearly 30 years. He was the hardest working man, you could ever meet. He was a loving father and devoted husband! He was awnry an loved to joke an play little pranks. He was an avid welder and equipment operator! In his down time which was very little , he liked movies, spending time with his family and playing with the grandbabies! Neal always looked at the up side of things, he never had a bad word to say about anyone.

He is survived by his wife Chyla Leedy of morrison his eight children daughter Marijo Haden an husband Wyatt Haden, of cedar vale kansas daughter Camryn leedy of morrison , Son Wyatt Leedy an wife Madalyn Leedy, of Redrock Clayton Leedy an Sydney Newsom of Tonkawa, kennah Leedy of morrison, Rowdee Cooper , of Stillwater Rylea cooper of Morrison an Rocky cooper of Stillwater . Six grandchildren who he was known as(Poppy) kenzie Haden, Hoyt Haden and Luke Tipton Matthew “Tate Leedy , Casey Leedy and Thomas Leedy, and their Mother, our daughter in law Kelsey Leedy (Matthew’s wife) an predeceased by his son Matthew Leedy . His 3 brothers Joel an Lori Leedy, of Cashion Ken and Janie Leedy of Cashion and Stan an Sandy Leedy of Tavares Florida . And many Nieces an nephews an extended family.
