Steven Marr Keeton

Steven Marr Keeton was born April 28, 1964 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Jerry D. Keeton and Joyce D. Keeton. He went to be with the Lord on December 23, 2025 in the Old Feed Wagon getting ready to feed. Steven attended school at Marshall, Oklahoma grade 1-7, graduating from Pawnee High School in 1982. He was involved in lots of 4H and Cub and Boy Scout activities. He enjoyed hunting, trapping and was a member of Oklahoma Trappers, fishing and gardening. He never met a stranger. At the age of 13 he became a Christian and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Maramec. Following school he went to work in the Oil Patch, working all over Oklahoma, he then did construction work until 2007 and worked for Wootan Ranch in Fairfax. Steven is survived by his mother Joyce of Maramec, Oklahoma, his brother Bill and wife Kimberely of Perkins, Oklahoma, two nephews; Brandon Keeton and Brant Keeton, nieces; Kyla Keeton of Morrison, Oklahoma, and Konor Keeton of Norman, Oklahoma, aunt and uncle Rex and Doris Keeton of Sulphur, Oklahoma, many other family members and a large host of friends. Steven is preceded in death by his father Jerry Keeton, his two uncles, Bill and Hollis Adams and aunt Elaine Hallman.
